if u analyse the above comparative table you will find UCO,ANDHRA,ALLAHABAD AND VIJAYA BANK are cheapest in terms of PE multiples....and these are the stocks u have to keep for long term because growth wise if you see the income and profit chart all the above banks had CAGR of 15-20%.
