Amongst the banking stock there are several banks which are best like UCO BANK, VIJAYA BANK, UNITED BANK OF INDIA, ANDHRA BANK, ALLAHABAAD BANK. I think UCO bank has the long term potential. If u analyze the stock, UCO bank has a Market Cap of 7065 Cr, it is trading at a PE of 7, EPS of 18.42, book value is 65.74, Book Value per share is 65-74, price to book is 1.96, dividend yield is 1.17 and good cash balance with RBI and if you see the P/L account then UCO bank’s profit has grown at CAGR of 15-20% over last 5 years. At the time of writing this post UCO bank is trading at 128/share. May be it can see further downside up to 122/share over a few days. I recommend here to buy at this level and if it falls further buy some more to average it and hold for long term like 3-5 years u guys would really get the benefits.
